Questions we hear most
How is pricing calculated?
By space, duration, and handling. Tell us what you are storing and for how long, and we quote a fixed monthly rate. The sample prices on this page are illustrative demo figures.
What is the minimum rental period?
One month. After that, contracts run month to month unless you prefer a fixed term for a better rate.
Can I access my goods anytime?
Yes. Unit and bay customers get an entry code that works 24 hours a day, every day. Archive retrievals are handled by our team during office hours.
Do you accept deliveries when I am not there?
Yes. We sign for deliveries, record their condition, and move the goods into your space the same day. You get a short confirmation by email or WhatsApp.
Is the facility air conditioned?
General warehouse space is ventilated and shaded. For sensitive goods we offer climate-controlled rooms with steady temperature and humidity.
Are my goods insured?
The facility itself is insured. Cover for your stored goods can be arranged through our insurance partner, or you can extend your own policy to our address.
Can you help with transport?
We work with trusted movers and can arrange collection from anywhere in the UAE. You are also welcome to use your own transport.
What can I not store?
Perishables, flammables, live animals or plants, and anything unlawful. If you are unsure about an item, ask before booking and we will confirm in writing.
